The hotel is modern and reasonably clean, nestled in a very nice boutique building with stunningly beautiful view of the cathedral next door. The location of the property is convenient, to the old town's bustling squares and walk from a bus stop. There is Gelateria Azzurro nearby for a cup of coffee.

Air conditioned, brand-new rooms with the bed was in a loft, the terrace, as for instance, ideal setting. A very nice boutique building in the heart of Nice. Next door to a cathedral and a church, a lot to see.

I have just spent 1 day in double room with good bathroom, large windows, for instance, and greatly enjoyed it. The location was comfortable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Old Town.

The location is superb, right in the center of all the action, surrounded by charming pedestrian-only streets. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The basic amenities provided are of good quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. And the best part is that breakfast is included, giving you a great start to the day.

Best aspects of the hotel: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the old town, just off the flower market area. The hotel had a modern and stylish decor, and our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was lovely and the hotel facilities were great. We loved the fact that we could let ourselves in and out without any hassle. The staff was very accommodating and we had a hairdryer in the room. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to stay here again.

Very clean bed in the double room, plus a high ceiling and a huge window. Perfect and comfortable location, perfect area, right by restaurants, the sea front & also the shopping area and conference centre, the Castle, market and beach and the centre of Old Nice. Had welcoming service.

The value for money at Rossetti was excellent, with a comfortable and modern room in a restored old building. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Vieille Ville, minutes away from the market and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with the addition of some meat options.
